The Clay-Mac Marini 1300 mill can complete repairs, mill streets for overlay or reconstruction, and profile for better drainage, all at a fraction of the time and cost compaired to conventional excavation. Clay-Mac Corporation can handle any size job quickly and professionally, minimizing the downtime to your parking facilities.
Seal Coating
Clay-Mac Corporation is an authorized Sealmaster(R) pavement maintenance products disbutor. We use Sealmaster(R) coal tar sealer mixed to the same specifications for every job. A 70-30 mix of sealer and water, along with latex additives for longer wear, and 3-5 lbs. of sand per gallon for skid resistance.
winter Weather Services
Clay-Mac Corporation can Salt Brine pretreat pavement surfaces to prevent the build up of snow and ice during winter storms. After a winter storm, we offer snow plowing of accumulated snow and removal of access snow in cases of limited parking availability.
